Dura-Base™ Composite Matting System provides a safe, cost-effective surface for year-round, all-weather access and are effectively deployed worldwide in all varieties of sensitive environments.

Each mat measures 8’ L x 14’ W x 4.25” H (2.44m x 4.27m x 10.8cm) and weigh approximately 1050 lbs (477kg) making it ideal for heavy equipment, trucks and track machines navigating over sensitive ground conditions, requiring stabilization or protecting utilities.

The mats are made of 100% high density poly-ethylene (HDPE) which are non-absorbent; preventing chemical leaks or cross-contaminants from entering your site. Not only does HDPE provide the strongest and most durable surface in our industry, but the tread pattern mold improves traction for load-bearing equipment and the plastics follow the existing contours for terrain flexibility. In addition to this, each mat includes UV protection and static dissipation.

Dura-Base Mats are engineered to distribute weight (up to 650lbs per square inch) across a large surface area by utilizing overlapped joints along with a stainless steel pin system that quickly interlocks the mats together. This allows for a safe, uniform, clean and accessible roadway/staging area for your equipment and crew throughout any project.

With years of resusable performance and an endless shelf life, Dura-Base TM Mats outlast other conventional ground cover. The result is a matting system that is tough, field proven and reliable in even the most extreme environments
